Mazes are quiet planning practice: looking ahead, holding a route in mind, backing out of dead ends without frustration. Start young solvers on small mazes with a pencil so wrong turns can be rubbed out, and move up a size once they finish without help.
Print two copies of the same maze for a head-to-head race — the generator only makes a new maze when you ask it to, so both copies match.
What ages suit each size?
Small suits ages 4–6, medium 6–9, large is a proper challenge for anyone.
Is every maze different?
Each maze is generated randomly on demand, so every print is effectively a new puzzle.
