About Our Free Printables

Printapus makes printable paper, charts, worksheets and puzzles in your browser. No account, no email, no watermark.

Printapus is an independent project that does one thing: it makes printables you can actually use. Pick what you need, adjust it if you want to, hit print. That's the whole product.

Everything is made in your browser

There is no server rendering your worksheet somewhere and emailing it back. Every sheet on this site is drawn as SVG inside the page you are looking at, then handed to your browser's own print dialogue as a PDF. Nothing you type leaves your device, which is why the name you enter into the tracing tool and the words you put into a custom search never reach us. We could not show them to you later if we wanted to.

It also means the generators are genuinely adjustable rather than a gallery of fixed files. Change the line spacing on lined paper and the preview redraws. Switch a chart to blank mode and it blanks. Print a sudoku twice and you get two different puzzles.

Why there is no sign-up

Most printable sites ask for an email before they hand over a PDF, then watermark it anyway. We think that is a bad trade for a sheet of graph paper. There is no account to create, no newsletter to escape and no watermark on anything you print.

Who uses it

Teachers printing class sets. Parents who need handwriting practice on a wet Sunday. Students who ran out of graph paper the night before an exam. Bullet journallers, quilters, tabletop gamers and anyone who has ever searched for a calendar at 11pm and found a page wanting fourteen pounds a month.

The coloring pages are ours

Every coloring page and dot-to-dot on the site is drawn in-house rather than pulled from a stock library, so there is no licensing worry about running off thirty copies for a classroom.

Paper sizes and printers

Every generator offers A4 and US Letter, and most offer portrait or landscape. Sheets are built to print at true size on a home or school printer, so a 5 mm grid measures 5 mm on the paper.
